I can't speak for the ladies, but I will go out for a drive just to sit 
behind the wheel of my '65 on the highway. I do find it humorously 
interesting that as men get older, our liability insurance rates drop while 
as women mature, their rates go up.

One thing I've found over my 25 yrs of investigating accidents, and this is
not all inclusive, but it seems boys drive in a more competitive nature, and
girls drive only as a method to get somewhere.  We've all paid our dues, 
and
I don't recall a ticket I didn't deserve.  I don't write many  tickets
anymore, maybe 1 a week or so, and these are for flagrant safety  issues 
like blowing
stop signs or road rage issues.  Burn outs and  equipment violations I can
live with.  Any insurance guy will tell you that  the most dangerous thing 
to
watch out for is 3 16 year old girls and a 100 watt  stereo!  Don't tell my
boss, but I have never written an active duty  soldier.  Just a promise I 
made to
myself when I was making $398 a month  before taxes.  Joe
