 sadly what has happened is that ebay has become THE new blue book.
 whenever u look at a car now somebody uses Ebay as the guide- "oh yeah
 i saw one just like this go for 16,000 dollars on ebay".....
 blah-blah-blah. I looked at a car my neighbor had , asked if he was
 interested in selling it, this car was a  #2 , absolutely no better, i
 looked up the NADA quote on it and it was  around  900 dollars for a #2
 car. The neighbor told me he would take 4000 dollars and used the same
 lame  Ebay example as mentioned above. 
  And then lets not forget the 200.00 -1500.00 dollars u need to tack on
  to your new ebay purchase to get it home to yur house unless you are
  lucky enuff that its in the next town.
