i agree / from my experience north of the border / stay as far away from ups 
as possible when shipping to Canada/ if there is a way to screw it up and 
rip you off ups  will find a way  /
u.s post office  is by far the best

I have found that shipping with the Post Office is easiest and cheapest when
shipping to Canada. Use to could ship USP but changes since 911 changed
that.
