I can do it. I did my 413 (pics at http://www.krmustang.com/efi ).
The only difference for the hillborn setup would be injector placement and plumbing. You would also have to use a Speed Density system instead of Mass Air unless you wanted to have some crazy air intake tubing feeding your motor.
You could also do away with the distributor, replace it with a cam sensor and crank trigger, and run coil packs if you wanted. That would certainly make some room.
My next personal EFI project is a 426+ Hemi with dual plug heads and coil pack ignition.
