I was asking for a fellow building a '63 race car.

I'm more familar with fiberglass in the trunk floor and interior 
floorbaords. High speed has little impact there. ;-) 

But I recall there are different grades of fiberglass, e.g., for street 
use and race use. Street is heavier gauge. 

Maybe you can survey the vendors that sell fiberglass repros and see 
what their spin is?
