Larry - I dug out a old Motor's Repair Manual and found the  following:
413 2x4 bbl, Bore: 4.1875"  , Stroke: 3.750", Compression: 11 to  1, HP: 385  
@ 5200, TQ: 455 ft  lb @ 3600, Oil Pressure: 45-65 lb, Plugs:  Champion 9JY @ 
 .035", Points: .017", Dwell  Angle: each set of points 23-31 degrees, total 
dwell for both sets  is 34-38 degrees.  Timing: 10 degrees  btdc, Idle Speed: 
750 hot, Cranking  Pressure: 200 lbs, Fuel Pump  Pressure: 3.5 to 5 lbs. 
Distributor:  #!BS-40006K (dual point), Breaker Arm Tension: 17-21  oz,  
Centrifugal Advance: starts 2 degrees  @ 
475 rpm, full advance: 11 degrees @ 2400.  Vacuum  Advance: 7-9 inches to 
start plunger.  Maximum  Vacuum Advance: 10 degrees @ 14 inches.  Valve  Lash: 
.060-.210 w/lifter collapsed.  Valve  Spring Installed Height: 1 55/64".  Spring 
 Rate: 195 lbs @ 1 15/32".  Piston  Clearance: .0005 - .0015".  Ring End  
Gap: (top and 2nd) .013". Rod Bearing  Clearance: .0005-.0015".  Main Bearing  
Clearance: .0005-0015".  Thrust  Bearing: #3.  Crankshaft End  Play: .002-.007"
