are you trying to put a set of shortys on a early bbody.  i bought a set for
my 65, didnt come close to fitting, also collector is only 2inches.

Thanks for the reply.  These engines supposedly sit 1 1/2" more forward
in our cars.  Looking at your brother's, do you think this distance
would affect fit?
