Sounds like a '64 block. Are you sure the casting date is not 4-10-64? V = 1964, 41 = 413 cid. The 6 9 is the assembly date (June 9, 1964). You're a digit short on the casting number, but starting with 18 puts it as an early block (not a 70's truck engine). There is an arrow pointing to either the D or the N indicating whether the block was cast on the day or night shift.
