You don't give enough info. Is it just tired (how many miles ?) or is it blown up ? How much machine work will it need ? Heads , etc. ? Stock rebuild ? re-use pistons or replace ? Parts are available...but compared to Chebbies and ferds...expensive (gasket sets, etc.)......how much are you going to do or is it a hired job ?
