Don - I did the distributor mods as "old Reliable" recommends.  It  seems to 
lay down at about 5500 rpm.  No faster - no backfiring or  anything.  It acts 
like a rev limiter.  It pulls great up to  that  level.  Is their something 
I'm missing?  Will a properly  adjusted retrofit electronic kit be better?, Or 
do I need to file the stops a  little deeper on the point mount plate.  Maybe 
not enough gear  (3.23's)  Suggestions.   Joe
