Thanks George & Dave. Must be from a later year Dodge then. It's the double Dodge emblem that had me thinking a 500.
I just went through my Chrysler Parts catalog I bought from the dealership in Oregon. That part # doesn't exist in the crossover. I also looked at all the exterior trim #'s and came up empty. I own a 64 Polara and have nothing like that. I doubt the 500 does either. Good luck.
