What do I ask for at NAPA so the parts guru there will be able to find it in his Catalogs/Computer? A 5V voltage regulator for a '65 Plymouth? Or do you have a part number/manufacturere? Thanks.

Ain't no thing.

6 VDC out
The perpendicular one on the end is the 6 VDC, the parallel one next to it is the 12 VDC and the strap off the top is the ground.
www.allpar.com/history/mopar/electrical2.html is the solid state replacement instructions. NAPA has 'em for 30 bucks. I lost one last week on ebay for 27 plus shipping. These parts (pahts) priced at Radio Shack are 40ish, plus building it.

I just found out Sean!
I'm thinking of building the solid state version.

Good luck,
Tom
