I have talked to the auction company,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,what they  do is take 
online bids up to 3 hours before the actual auction, at the auction,  any one 
there is allowed to bid on the items, starting with a bid that is higher  than 
the highest on line bid, and then that is entered into the puter to see if  
someone max bid is still higher.............This last part sounds a little funky  
to me, as it is there site, and they know what your max bid is, and could keep 
 putting in phony bids untill your bid is to its max.
