The correct '65 wiper arm is pushed onto the pivot, not bolted. Make sure the little tab under the wiper arm pivot is under the linkage pivot heads or you may find yourself in a torrential rainfall and not be able to see - been there and done that and it ain't no fun. I don't think the parts stores will have the arms, just the blades and blade holders.

Thanks all for the wiper info. I got a motor and linkage with pivots
from Scott M. on this board. I also got from Scott a wiper arm
labeled 64 Fury that has a small threaded connector hole to attach to
the pivot. The pivots have a larger fitting than the arm. To
describe the size, a 5/8 socket just fits over them; a 9/16 won't fit
over them. Are these correct for a 65 Belvedere (I'm not real
concerned if they're not; just curious)? Does anyone have an arm or
arms that would fit this larger fitting? Is that a standard arm I
could get from the dealer or parts store? Thanks.
