Ha ha, I was standing right next to the gaurd rail at the local strip and witnessed the same thing happen to a firebird (super stock), messed up the bumper as he dragged it in a wild wheel stand. Also ruined his oil pan upon landing. lol.

Ever wonder what would happen if your car suddlenly started pulling the wheels hard? G Wager in the 400 cheapie found out last weekend when he ran it with new gearset and new slicks at the ultra sticky Cayuga IHRA track . He gave me a photo someone took. The Oh ........!!! is still formed on his lips in the photo even though the car is almost back on the ground when the camera snapped.  
By the Way. The 65 Dart in Kingston  (post car has been sold to a local guy and an old friend. Hope he does a good job of it.
