I was referring to the person that drops a small part into a shipping envelope and charges $10 to ship, when I shipped something similar the week before for $1.00. I sold a tranny to a list member a few months ago and had to build a plywood box for it. Spent a couple hours on it and used scraps I had laying around, didn't charge him for packaging, but I wouldn't expect this from everyone. I just don't buy from someone that obviously inflates their shipping to profit from the part AND the shipping.
