Should I be able to test a Sparton horn by grounding it and touching my battery's postive terminal to the horn's contact? There's only one contact on the horn; is it grounded through the bracket that attaches it to the body? Assuming this should work and didn't (which is true), is there a way to repair them? It appears to have been riveted together.
