The confusion on the part of the law enforcement inspectors of the '64 
Barracuda was that the U.S. versons did not actually use rivets to hold 
on the vin tags and they were looking for rivets, as rivets *are* used 
in the later year's production.

Are the oval Canadian vin tags located in the same location as the US 
vin tags?
