Earl,

  I've done three of the 73-76 A body swaps to a  64
B/ 70 E/ 69 A body so far. For the B body, just use
your upper and lower control arms that you already
have on the 65 B body with new ball joints for the B
body. The tie rods are the same. You would use the
upper disc brake control arm if you were changing out
a drum brake A body to discs. Very easy swap and best
of all - all MOPAR.
