There were about 5 '64 Plymouths and a lone '65 Dodge among the misc Chevies, etc.. I talked with them all and mentioned our site and one of them was a Bob Klemm who was our car of the month for Dec., '99. His '64 looks pretty good but he's changing it still. It now has a scoop on the hood and he recently purchased a well built 440. He was running very strong. About 6.30's at around 102mph as I recall. He said he's just been too busy to spend much time on the site lately. I hope to see his input someday again. It was a perfect day at the track and the Mopars put up a good showing. John MacDonald of Council Bluffs, IA had a '64 Plymouth with a 500 inch wedge that pulls incredible wheel stands every time and still manages great et's in the low 6's. (Remember, 1/8th mile.) There was also a '65 Dodge with a 514 Hemi that was no slouch. Bad boys! All in all I enjoyed this day. I hope you guys did too.
