Just trying to be straightforward of how things go in regard to paint and body work in the twenty years I have been involved in the trade. I have just seen too many deals go astray in trading on paint work. Anyway, Don for the dust issue I would recommend a 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper to color sand the finish until flat, followed by a buffing with 3M 6983 compound (I believe I have that number right), then followed by a finishing swirl remover glaze. This will clean up your concern, but then note that this panel will be flatter in texture than the rest of the panels. If the other panels are flat in regard to paint texture, then you have no concerns. If there happens to be an orange peel texture which is apparent, then sanding the one panel flat and buffing it will obviously look out of place amongst the others. Your goal is merely to remove "dust" so you should not have much of a concern. I use a wool pad for the first buffing, followed by a foam pad for the final buff. At times I also do a hand glazing of the finish......Lyle in Montana [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ========================================================== Extra! Extra!
