The rad man may have painted it, but that doesn't necessarily mean he used  
the correct sheen. Many shops don't concern themselves with being correct in 
our  eyes, only that they have put "color" back on the rad prior to returning it 
to  the customer. Many simply grab a rattle can of any black paint and spray
