maybe 64 is just that different, because a 5"
backspace would be perfect for 10" rims on
65 b-body, too much backspace runs into the
springs, i know, i know, if you move the springs
it works, but this is what works with stock.
i can run 28x10.5 slicks, or 29.5x9 slicks
on 10" with 5.5 backspace, and 7/16 spacers.
also already stated, 275-60 street tires,
fwiw, the bf drag radials are about 1" wider
than the regular t/a's

page two shows drag radials, page one is radial t/a's
both are 275-60-15

No, the 10 inch rim will probably need about 5.5 to 6 inches of b.s. And
the factory cop wheels are 7 inch wide with 4.25 B.S.

Jon, I find that hard to believe, must be the 10" wide. I had steel cop
wheel with the same size tire (275/60/15) and they fix under the 65
Coronet without any issues? But I believe they are only 71/2" to 8"
wide.Did Dodges have that much more room unde the sheet metal than
Plymouths?

Thanks Guys;

I'm going to have to do some more research. I've got another Mopar with
15" X 10" wheels with 15/60/275 tires mounted and 4.5" back spacing. The
wheels bolted right up but the tires were about 1.5' inches to wide for
the wells.................I'll post a resolution if I find it.
