The last MP Catalog I have is 2002, heres what it says about warranties,

" Competion parts are sold "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Implied
warranties including warranties of merchantabilty or fitness for a particular purpose, are
excluded. The entire risk as to quailty and performance of such parts is with the buyer.
Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer,
distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs".

My experiance selling parts for Koller Dodge was that we would take back defective parts
and replace them. Most of the parts were replaceable within the Mopar system. One exception
was computer chip upgrades, those we ate. Anyhow, might be a good idea to know the
policy of the source you are doing business with when it comes to MP parts.

Hope Moparts does you better than a a buddy of mine ran into from a local Dodge dealer.

He bought a Mopar Performance electronic item through that dealer. The
part was defective out of the box but the dealer said, in effect "too
bad, no warranty on Mopar Performance stuff sold."
