allpar.com has history of the Fargo line in Canada, some other resources (I believe the Krause truck book??) would lead to you to believe that Fargo was Canada only, and that is simply not the case. most latin american countries imported them, and a few assembled them, and some even manufactured them... Fargos also wound by in Asia, and perhaps other continents.
