'64 Brake Rod

I am installing my newly rebuilt power brake unit and am concerned about the 
tie in of the rod to the pedal. It has been about six months since I removed 
it and my memory is hazy (I don't remember what I had for breakfast either). I 
have the collared bolt and a nut, but there looks as though there should be 
some spacers or washers. Can anyone set me straight on this one?
