I would install the complete engine if I had it.  I installed 360 heads alum 
intake,   headers, on my 69 318 and what a difference.  Make a real engine 
out of it.  If you have the complete engine just be sure that you use the 
external converter with the trans as the 360 is an externally balanced 
engine.
