i have the 1/2", with high volume pump, 
with 20w-50 racing oil, it runs about 90
at start-up, then  idles about 70 when it warms up,
it will jump to 80-90 when racing.
i put 10-30 in when i park it in the winter, it still
starts at around 90, then goes down closer to 60
when warm.
 
in the past i have put the stock spring in the high volume
pump, it only lowered my pressure about ten pounds
