Is anyone that has upgraded from the 3/8 pickup to a 1/2 inch pickup having  
any trouble with oil pressure?
My motor just doesn't seem to have the proper pressure. I have the high  
volume pump but on startup the gauge will read somewhere between 60 and 70  pounds 
but after it warms up the pressure drops to about 40.
We have several big block cars around here that have 80 to 100 pounds using  
the 3/8 pickup. And after warmup it stays around 70. Just wondered if the 
bigger  pickup will have less pressure.
I've even put a different pump on with little change in pressure.
