1962 Polara project

Hi all,

A friend told me about a 1962 Polara 2dr for sale in Texas, just south of Beaumont TX. 
It is claimed to be an all original car with 383 / 727.  The owner stopped driving it to “start working” on it. But now it is for sale $4000.

That a very rare 62 if the 383 is original and this info is correct:

1962 Dodges: "Available by special order were still higher-performance engines, including a 325hp at 4,600 rpm, 425-lbs.ft. of torque 383-cu.in. V-8 with a 4-bbl. carburetor and dual exhausts. Adding the ram intake boosted these figures to 330hp at 4,800 rpm and 460-lbs.ft. of torque at 2,800 rpm."
