Finer details needed - drilling flywheel for 360 balance.

I have the drawing, the dimensions, I even have the 1 13/64 drill and a machine capable of turning it into a flywheel.
But I am curious about one detail. On the Moparts forum when I asked about things John Kunkel posed the question of what angle the drill tip had to be ground to for this job.
Drills of this size usually come with an included angle across the tip of either 118° or 135°, so which is the one to use?
I'm going to a lot of trouble to make a drilling jig so I can do this job properly and so it can be repeated on other flywheels at a later stage and I'd like to have this right.
