1) Yes, Joe Suchy sells tail light lenses for the 1963 Dodge B-body  cars. Give him a call to get the  current availability of them. And ask him about the backup lenses too. I can't recall the availability of the backup lenses but he will know.

2) Many years ago Mopar Action magazine did a great complete comparison of all the factory exhaust manifolds. I think the factory hi-po manifolds were rated well. (Unfortunately I don't think that article is online.) I do recall the stock "log" style 383 manifolds used in 1963 were rated poor (i.e., flow restrictive). 

Does anyone make repro Mopar hi-po exhaust manifolds? Maybe Joe Suchy knows about that too.
