The $20,000 '64 Dart GT is an acceptable deal if the seller's claim of over $30K invested is accurate, which seems likely.

Likewise for the 1963 Dodge Dart Wagon - $11,900. He put a lot of work into it.  

Probably too the 1962 Sport Fury restoration project. "Over $45,000 invested into this restoration, asking $30,000."
Too bad the person had to end this restoration project. That 1962 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible is a very seldom seen Mopar! 

Of course, OBO should apply to all of the cars listed.   :)
