Another unique project: 1962 Plymouth 2 door wagon for sale

Hi all,

This 1962 Plymouth Belvedere 2 door station wagon just got listed on the 62-65 website's swap meet. The fellow selling it did a TON of work so far, but age and life are making him to reluctantly let the project go.
....

1962 Plymouth Belvedere 2 door station wagon project for sale
For sale: A 1962 Plymouth 4 door Belvedere that has been converted to a 2 door
hardtop. The tailgate, floors, and fire wall have been restored, and the back doors and
post have been removed and hard top sections installed. The body work has been
mostly completed. The foundational work has been completed.

The 318 poly has been rebuilt to 40 over (about 360 now) and installed, the rear axle has
been rebuilt to specs and installed, and the front suspension has been rebuilt, and
SSBC power disc brakes installed. The dash cluster and gauges have been restored
and tested.

BUT, at 76 I don’t think I can complete my dream of having only the second 1962 Mopar
Station Wagon to be made into a true 2 door hard top. A ton of parts go with the
Plymouth, including the stainless and chrome which I have already polished.

I have $12,000 in tangible parts in the project and negotiable.
Email for more photos of the project.

His email address and some sample photos of the Plymouth are on page 39 of the swap meet at this address:

The Plymouth is located in South Central Texas.

Thanks,
Gary H.

P.S., here is the 1962 Dodge 2 door hardtop wagon version he noted in his text.
