Yes, a 50-50 mix protects to -34F.
So if you mix undiluted AF with distilled water with a 60% AF and 40% distilled water formula you get -62F. (BRRRR)
There usually is a formula on the back of the undiluted AF gallon that helps determine the protection level.
By the way, pure AF freezes at -13. You do not want to use undiluted anti-freeze!
