Also, I thought I saw some discussion on setting mechanical valve lash. 
B and RB engines arent Hemis, or small blocks. If you look at the push 
rods they run in a vertical line, parallel to one another. They arent 
canted like a small block, let alone on the angles a hemi uses. With a 
good set of push rods and rocker arms, setting the lash would not be as 
often as the hemi or LA engine. If you are running an auto trans, 
settign intervals would not be as often as well, due to the 727 rarely 
(ok never) missing a shift and overrevving an engine, floating the 
valves and losing lash setting.
