It seems that the Hughes cams are pushing the envelope on ramp design and are having lifter/cam failures if the lifter bores are not exactly as they recommend. Most people were concerned about his customer service. Check the Hughes website for his response to the cam/lifter failures, where he states if you bought one if his cams from Summit or Jegs and have a problem, don't call him, call them.
