Jeff,

Sorry to hear about your problem, but unless you specifically got a set 
for only a 1965 B body , which has a unique spring length due to the 
change in wheelbase for 1965, no other spring will work unless you use a 
longer front spring hangar and re-drill the mounting hole. 

Have you checked into Eaton Springs making a set for you?
