Sounds like a fair price considering condition,perhaps a bit low.Without
the floor rust,etc I would price it close to $5K or 6K,and I'd have a
buyer at that price.Badly rotted floors and trunk are the most expensive
items to fix correctly.If I were you,I'd get the floors fixed and hold
onto the car for a few more years.These early cars are really starting
to take off.
For referrence,there's a guy down in Ft.Worth asking $11K plus for a
survivor type 63 with some body issues.I don't think he'll get it,but...
Then there's Ed Kelly out in Cali.His rolling Post cars are $8K and
up,and he DOES get it.I believe '63 had the lowest Post car production
of the early cars.
