does not apply to you,,,,,,,,,,because you have to take fair market price and 
then deduct shipping costs.   If you and I both had identical parts for sale, 
mine would be worth more due to the total price that people would have to pay 
for the item befor they had it in their hands,,,,,,,,,,,,,My thoughts are that 
you should strip the car of all small pieces, box them up and ship them with 
your household goods when you move, even if you end up not using them they will 
be worth more once you are back in the continental US(plastic plumbing pipe 
makes a great container for long pieces of of chrome, and a larger 2-3 inch 
piece will hold a lot of chrome strips safely) after removal of all you want, take 
pics, and advertise it on ebay telling the people that you will remove any 
parts that the high bidder wants, and after that take more pics and sell the 
rest the same way until there are no bidders or it is all gone..............
