Dave there would be  no way to change centers from 14 to 15 inch, but 
the centers are cut out and used on a wider wheel . This way you can use 
the original hub cap and then a wider tire as well. This would be the 
same time to change the offset as well to 4 1/2 for the 64-65 b bodies.
