Hi
       This is just regular 10" brake hardware used right up to the eighties
(return springs and holddowns) the only thing that changes into the
seventies are the brake adjustment cams & cables. This is run of the mill
order out of Bendix catalogue stuff.....
Man....find another parts guy , the  joker you're dealing with is a dud if
he can't supply that stuff. Better yet go to an actual brake service shop ,
the outfit I deal with (B & M brake)
can get me darn near whatever I need , even does custom relines.
Cripe..... I even bought spring kits at  Can Tire (prod no. 13-7957-2) but
they discontinue stuff every week  but you can try....either way  the parts
you require are readily available
without having to pay through the nose.

found the drums and shoes but no springs struts lever etc.
