Ok this is a longshot but..
just purchased a set of fenderwell headers(hedman husler #75100  1 7/8")
the best way to make them fit?the easiest way! any measurements or nowhow from u guys?
getting started with the saw tomorrow, 
the y are supposed to sit in a barracuda 65 with smallblock
