Those pieces are called:  Bumper,Quarter Outside Panel Jack  PN 
2255604-5 for  1963 Plymouth, and Dodge intermediates.
Probably a carry-over part for 64, but since I don't  have a 64 catalog, 
so I can't be sure about that.
Have you tried Gary Goers, or Kramers?
