It is caused by poor crankcase ventilation. I would suggest that you change your PVC valve and your breather/filter on the other valve cover. This has happened on several different vehicles of mine over the years. In severe cases, the drain holes in the head become plugged and then that cases a whole raft of additional problems if not remedied.
