Remove the radiator from the vehicle. Get a 1 1/4" 1/2" drive socket. Either remove the crankshaft pulley or use a short IMPACT extension. Put the socket on the crankshaft bolt and try with a long breaker bar to turn the engine over. If it will not move at all you can use a pipe extension on the breaker bar. Moderate to heavy force sometimes is needed. The breaker bar or the socket will give way before the crank bolt. If you cannot move the motor using this method I would recomend removal of the enogine and probably disgarding the engine. The car and the motor are not numbers matching. They could very well be the original motor for the car but there is no way to prove that. Chrysler did not numbers match until the late 60's. Personally I would upgrade to a 383 or larger. It shouldnt hurt the value of the car at all, and the power increase will be noticeable.
