Start there,but the turn signal switch has been known to mess up the lights also.

I was going to take the Fury to the gas station last night, as it was so low 
that I had to add gas from the can to get it started (the station is about 2 
miles).  Turned on the headlights and noticed that the tail and instrument 
cluster go out when the headlights are turned on.  Both work when only the parking 
lights are on.  

Could it be a bad headlight switch?
