Ok guys, here's another question that I'm sure has been answered
before....I have a 70 Challenger 3:23 suregrip 489 center I'd like to
install in the 65 Coronet 741 rear end I have. First, is there a gasket
between the pig and the housing, or do you just use permatex? Second, is
this a drop-in swap? Third, are the axles the same spline? I realize I
will have to change u-joints due to the larger yoke on the 489, but is
there anything else to consider? Thanks in advance for the help.
