  Hi guy. What I would do is see if you want it, then make a payment plan you can stick to. I do that a lot and it usually works. Sign an agreement with him that way you have insurance he sell it out from under you.

Speaking of drop tops...I talked to a guy I know last night and he said that 
he had a '64 Polara 500 convertable for sale for $700. Its a 318 automatic. 
He said it needs floors. That price just seemed way too cheap. I may go look 
at it... I just hate that money so tight right now!
