It has the webbing thru it. Think it is for a soft-drink system. Keeps me from tasting it. Had a couple shots from siphoning from a friends car into mine so we could go cruise. Was a bad night in the E-room. No more black tubes.. heheh. ;-P ** . Have it extra long. A hand pump works, but the hose is usally so small. When I got my plymouth, I took as much out as I could. Gave it to the neighbor who burns about 40 gallons a day driving a roach coach. Didnt even phase that one. I ran a full tank thru it. Changed the filters, ran carb/injection cleaner thru the next two tanks to take care of any tarnish that may have been left behind. If you have a lot of rust particles, You'll probably want to drop the tank and coat the inside before running it.
